
Gardner Systems Conference and Exhibition Centre is located within our Head Office complex at Wavertree Technology Park.
Hot or cold buffets are available including provisions for special diets. There are also facilities for disabled persons to ensure that all your delegates and clients are adequately catered for.
Gardners can offer a choice of exhibition suites. These are equipped with standard conference facilities and can be additionally fitted with extra amenities at the direction of the client.
The Complex offers extensive and secure on-site parking facilities. These are free of charge to delegates and ensure that visitors enjoy and easy and relaxed visit to our premises.
Reception is a pleasant area in which to meet and greet your guests as they arrive. A comfortable seating area is provided for your guests to use as they wait to be ushered to their seat in one of the conference suites.
Suite 1 has 500 square feet of floor space and can accommodate up to 30 people. As with all the other rooms it can be set out to your individual needs for the day of hire. Audio-visual equipment can be supplied upon request to make your seminar or function runs as smoothly as possible.
Suites 2, 3, 4 and 5 are of 360 square feet each and can individually accommodate up to 15 people. These are suitable for small intimate meetings or can be utilised for the purpose of interviews, training, demonstrations etc.
Suite 6 provides 2,000 square feet of floor space. It can comfortably accommodate up to 100 delegates and is ideal for large scale exhibitions, presentations and displays.
